InfoComm 2019

AVUITY made their exhibiting debut at InfoComm 2019 just a few weeks ago. For those unfamiliar with the trade show, InfoComm is the nation’s largest audio visual and corporate technology convention—attracting almost 50,000 attendees and nearly 1,000 exhibitors. We proudly displayed not only our proprietary sensors, but also our Interactive Map Display and VuBook room scheduling platform.

AVUITY’s appearance at InfoComm this year is an example of our technology’s flexibility in partnering with manufacturers like IAdea (with whom we shared a booth) and our eagerness to grow and partner with key AV integrators and technology consultants. Leading organizations everywhere are leaning more and more on trusted technology partners to help equip them with the tools to better measure, understand, and prepare their business for the agile working trends of both today and tomorrow.

InfoComm is just one aspect of the buzz AVUITY generated this summer—our attendance at Nashville’s RealComm also gave us the opportunity to interact, discuss, and learn from key facilities and real estate executives from some of the world’s most innovative companies. Leveraging our sensing platform to assist with energy saving, integrating with building management systems, and helping clients understand how to empower employees in the mobile working world are some of the meaningful conversations in which we participated at one of the world’s top real estate technology conventions.

Attending events like InfoComm and RealComm enables organizations to listen and learn from leading companies, aligning technology with the needs of both today and tomorrow. As companies and real estate executives continue to adapt smart building technologies, both for potential cost savings and end user experience, it is important to share these practices to further enable the move towards a more individualized and customized working environment.
